LWV Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties By-Laws

The League of Women Voters of Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties By-Laws provide the framework in which the League operates its non-partisan citizen education and action organization. The By-Laws
- define the purposes and policies of the League and membership requirements,
- identify the duties and responsibilities of its Officers, Board of Directors and its Executive Committee and how they are to be elected, and
- describe the requirements and processes for the Meetings, Financial Administration, Programs and Annual Meeting of the LWVODC.
