Citizen's Guide 2008

Who represents me in the state of North Carolina and where are the local and county offices located? Where can I find information about Charter Schools and Higher Education, voting, and taxes in North Carolina? Use the LWV's Citizen's Guide to find the answers to these questions and more!

The Citizen's Guide

The League of Women Voters seeks to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation of citizens in government, and acts on selected government issues.

The Citizen's Guide is produced to better inform North Carolina's citizens as to who represents them on the federal, state, county and local levels.

All the information located within this website is also contained in a paper version, which is printed by The Chapel Hill News. Paper versions may be found in many public venues, such as local government offices, the public libraries, and local businesses.
